Jane’s CD, Turtle Island, with flutist Patricia Whitebuffalo, was released by Monroe Products in October 2006. Turtle Island is a creation story for adults and children about our interdependence and inter-relatedness with our Mother Earth, and all life. It provides wonderful relaxation and was created with a special vibrational process called hemi-sync. This technique synchronizes the two hemispheres of the brain, aiding in a peaceful sleep. Available at Hemi Sync website.

Yojana Grace has been working as a licensed massage therapist for the last 21 years and has an organic garden business with her husband. She has studied many healing modalities from the deep tissue work of Zen Bodytherapy with Dub Leigh to the world of energy work from the Colorado Center for Healing Touch.

She has always felt a deep connection with Mother Earth and as a child would collect rocks and stones wherever she went. In her twenties she travelled extensively throughout Asia spending several years living in India. It was during this time that her love of working with sound as a means of shifting vibrations was founded.

Blessed with Master Teachers she graduated from the Crystal Academy of the Healing Arts with Katrina Raphaell in 2000; received her Sound Healers training from Tom Kenyon in 2001 and completed the Healing Sounds Intensive with Jonathan Goldman in 2001. Always wanting to continue to learn and develop on a personal and spiritual level she continues her studies with Dr. Jane Ely and has reached Level 4 of Energy Medicine and Eco-Psychology. She hosts a Sound and Crystal circle and Labyrinth walks on Kauai’s south shore. To learn more about Yojana, please visit her Sound Healing Kauai blog or email her at  soundhealing.kauai@gmail.com

Linda Oshiro has been studying the human body and its energetic field with a passion since 1984.  She came to Hawaii in search of her spiritual path and continues her journey, learning and gathering skillful means to be balanced and centered.  She has studied song with Tom Kenyon, Jonathan Goldman, and three years at the Buddhist Temple in Honolulu.

Sherry Harris is a Registered Nurse with 18 years Emergency Room nursing experience, and is now working full time in the Labor and Delivery at a Kauai hospital. A graduate of the Sacred Birthing Doula Course, under the direction of Barbara Essman, Sherry learned how to bring love, guidance, and teamwork with Nature and Spirit back to childbirth.

Joining up with Ronda Rice, the Founding Director of Voice Weavers, a women’s empowerment group, Sherry is an active member, meeting weekly to learn how to heal ourselves, and others through singing rounds, chants, and songs from around the world. The voice is a powerful tool in healing. We all have the inherent capacity.

As a member of the choir in Shawna Carol’s, The Goddess Chant, she witnessed energetic healing in the public offering of this fully arranged choral chant in the recognition and honoring of the Divine Feminine. As a member of Tara Dhatu, she studies Tibetan Buddhism, gathering with other women to dance and sing the Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara, dancing and singing for awareness, forgiveness, and healing. Dances of universal peace teach us to break down walls of separation.

Now in her 4th year of Energy Medicine and Ecopsychology with Dr. Jane Ely, Sherry is practicing skillful means for self-transformation and co-creating a more peaceful, balanced, and energetic life.
